What is Roof Management?
Roof management is service provided to customers with one or more facilities. Our professionals will evaluate your facility or facilities to determine the most comprehensive and cost effective solution for you and your situation. We then facilitate every step of the repair or replacement process. We ensure that the project is done to the predetermined specifications that were agreed on by both the customer and CERMG.
We regularly inspect the work in progress to make sure all repairs and replacement procedures are done on time, with in budget, and to specifications. We then do final inspection to make sure the project was completed to specifications and to ensure the customer that their roofing project was completed on time and as planned.
Our Roof Management services allow our customers to have the confidence to run their business while the roofing project is being completed. We will travel to your location, meet with the owner or appropriate “in charge” person, determine your needs, write specification and recommendations for each building or individual roof section, whatever the case might be. Through scheduled bid meetings we will meet and qualify certified, reputable roofing contractors, collect bids and present all options. We can assist in budget planning for current year or future roofing needs. We oversee all aspects of the actual roofing installation insuring that the installing contractors adhere to the manufacturers specifications and warranty obligations are fulfilled.
Our Roof Management Experience
It is ironic how fate works. This company began early in 1992 at the request of Coca-Cola Enterprises. Prior to 1992 we acted as roofing contractors installing numerous roofing systems for Coca-Cola facilities throughout Illinois and surrounding states. As a direct result, we were asked to provide roofing management services for all of their facilities throughout the United States. CYDE Enterprises Roof Management Group was formed and within three years completed management services for over 500 Coca-Cola facilities from coast to coast. We have since expanded beyond Coca-Cola, providing our roofing management services to companies like Frontier Communications, Treasure Isles (Long John Silvers), Prairie Farms Dairy, Road Ranger, Kerasotes Theaters, Harper Oil, Bunn, White Hen Pantry, Ameren and numerous others. The Roof Management Process
Site Examination: The inspection of a facility’s existing roofing system for an evaluation and recommendation. A detailed written assessment of the existing roofing system’s condition is then produced along with a recommendation of repair or replacement.
Cost Effective Repair or Replacement Program: Written procedures of the roofing systems replacement or repair program, organized in an easy to follow, itemized format.
Contractor Procurment: Locating, contacting, and qualifying, local roofing professionals that meet industry standards without objection. After we contact qualified professionals, we hold a bid meeting and collect the project bid proposals.
Bid Letter and Contractor Approval: Customer is presented with a Bid Letter that contains all the contractor bids and our professional recommendation.
Project Management: Overseeing roofing repair or replacement procedures on site to insure satisfactory completion of specifications.
Final Inspection: Onsite examination and punch list of completed project.
Warranty and Maintenance: Approving and processing the project warranty application for the client.

At Cyde Enterprises our customer’s needs are our main focus. When we start to work with a customer on any type of General Contracting project we first listen to their needs before anything else. Once we find out what the customer needs we then formulate a custom project scope to fit those needs. The final step is project implementation, we make sure the project stays on track and on budget and that it follows the project scope step by step.
Roof Management Project-Natural Disaster Recovery
In the event of a natural disaster or catastrophic event such as tornadoes, hurricanes, hail storms, fires, etc., we offer independent roof management services. This tornado project required our immediate services. It was imperative to get the customer covered and protected from the outside elements as soon as possible. Specifications required an EPDM fully adhered roofing system for this 33,000 square foot building. Through our roof management services, we had a qualified, experienced and certified roofing contractor on the job site immediately completing the entire roofing project within five days. We have completed numerous roofing renovation projects for this and many other repeat customers. We are quick to respond and will do all that it takes to restore your property to its original pre-storm condition.
